Return & Exchange Policy

At Little Gopi, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is delightful.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

Important Notes:

No Return/Exchange for products in the 0-6 months age group due to hygiene concerns.

Unboxing Video is required for all the orders

Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 72 hours of delivery. E-mail our customer service team at support@littlegopi.com between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (To initiate a return or exchange include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and unboxing video of the product . Unboxing video is mandatory for all orders. Retain the original invoice and tags for the return to be processed. Once verified, approved returns will be received within 3 to 5 business days.) Requests made beyond 72 hours will not be accepted. Return can be requested only on reason based on size issue, defective article, different/wrong colour or quality issues. Exchange can only be done with the same product in a different size or colour & no other product replacement is possible in any case. All this at no extra cost to you! Little Gopi reserves the right to decline the return request if reason stated is different from the specified list or is not genuine.

📦 Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, refund, or replacement:

·      The product must be unused and unwashed

·      The original packaging and invoice must be retained and returned with the product.

·      We do not accept return or refund requests for: Items purchased during sales or clearance events and Orders where the product has been used or the original packaging is missing.

·      All exchange and replacement requests are subject to approval and depend on stock availability

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations and refund requests are allowed only before dispatch/shipped, and only if the order has not been dispatched within 5 working days. In such cases, a refund will be processed automatically, and may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

.Wrong Product Received

In the rare event you receive a wrong product, we will either refund the full amount or

re-ship the correct item after completing a reverse pickup and verifying the returned item. Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact and the invoice included. Report such issues promptly to support@littlegopi.com

 

Return Pickup and Refunds

You do not need to ship the return order yourself. We will arrange a free pickup through our logistics partner. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited directly to your bank account. For refunds on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders kindly share your bank account details for us to transfer.
